未出先下載，係因為歐洲方面嘅PSN希望訂咗下載版嘅玩家可以先下載，到出Game日就唔使再浪費時間而可以即時解封開嚟玩。之但係早兩日喺歐洲PSN就唔知點解突然出咗遊戲預載版，仲有黑客下載咗之後嘗試解碼開嚟玩。最少，係遊戲內某啲資訊已經流出，例如遊戲會有18GB容量，同埋有大量歌曲列表。Sony知道出事後就即時抽起，仲公開同Rockstar兼全球GTA迷講對唔住……
